200 Million of Card Decks per year - 518 cards per second
Cartamundi group has an annual production in its 7 plants of no less than 200
million packs of cards per year (2005). On average, this works out at
approximately 518 cards a second. The digital pre-press department has
the most advanced layout equipment and software. Easy data transfer
over the internet is possible for our customers from all over
the world.
The introduction of "computer-to-plate" has enabled a more efficient and faster transition from the design to the production process. 6 modern offset printing presses in 4, 5 and 6 colours allow us to choose the best printing method for each job.Various finishing and packaging lines give us the flexibility we need for the wide range of products (playing cards, card for games and collectible card games).
